Course Overview
Description
This course gives learners a clear, practical understanding of cultural safety in the workplace, particularly in relation to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. It goes beyond compliance and “tick-the-box” training, focusing on what cultural safety looks like in day-to-day decisions, conversations, and workplace systems.
Delivered in the voice of the wonderful Bradlee Commins, the course combines storytelling, historical context, reflective practice, and practical tools. Participants will explore how history continues to shape experiences today, identify personal and organisational responsibilities, and leave with simple, actionable strategies to create safer, and more respectful workplaces over time.
