With a collective +100 years’ experience in owning, growing & managing Registered Training Organisations – we fundamentally understand what it takes to build, manage & continually improve on eLearning initiatives.
Our eLearning focus means our Remote Connected and Learn As You Go delivery modes to train anywhere and anytime to you and your team.
Our team’s strength is our shared vision – our story is about a journey, and we welcome being a small or large part of the student and our customers Web3.0 education journey.
Jessica Wilson
Co-CEO
Jessica Wilson is proud and dynamic Yindjibarndi/Njamal woman from a small remote community located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia called Roebourne, I am youngest of my siblings "Nyirdingu", and a mother of two. Jess has grown to be a dynamic, passionate and successful community and business leader, focused on education and learning initiatives for a paradigm change within Australia and has overcome huge adversity to become the leader she is today. I have been learned through generations on the importance of passing of passing on skills and learnings, this is what I want for our community and all communities.
Mick Hoblos
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Mick brings a wealth of experience and expertise in education. With a background in software integration and a passion for educational technology, Mick spearheads the technological vision of the company. His innovative approach and strategic insights drive the development of cutting-edge eLearning platforms, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for users. Mick’s leadership fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration, propelling BlockTrain to new heights in the digital learning landscape.
Scott McCartney
Co-CEO
Bringing dynamic executive leadership to the forefront of Australia's Aboriginal business community, Scotth as spent the last few years in industry spearheading the vision and mission of the nation's, largest and leading Aboriginal Chamber of Commerce. With a strict focus on strategic policymaking, business development, and procurement guidance, Scott champions the interests of Aboriginal businesses through education and advocacy with governmental bodies and strategic stakeholder engagement and is a key driving partner of BlockTrain.
Georgia Walker
Marketing
Georgia is our marketing and media star, who has worked with us for 8 years. With a knack for strategic branding and innovative campaign execution as well as product and or market development, she’s a driving force behind our group’s success. Her expertise in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital and traditional media ensures we as a small yet dynamic group, are always punching above our size.
Jessica Wilson
Systems & Compliance
Jessica, is our dedicated National Sustainability and Systems Manager, blending expertise in business management in with a foundation of dynamic systems to our corporate strategy. With a passion for driving sustainable practices, Jessica’s leadership from a young age to have worked with the team for over 15 years, inspires us to embrace sustainability.
Martin Dufton
CFO
Martin is the cornerstone of our financial foundation, serving as CFO with unparalleled dedication for the past +20 years with Yalagan team. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Martin has been instrumental in steering us through periods of growth and challenges alike. His expertise in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment has fortified our fiscal health but more importantly, Martin is part of our family for last 15 years.
Sean Wilson

Sean is a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success in education. With 20 years of experience in owning and developing national businesses, including leading two prominent RTO’s, Sean has consistently demonstrated his ability to craft innovative strategies that drive results. His strategic vision and creative approach have been instrumental in "can do" attitude and our willingness to evolve and grow as an organisation.
Jayda Walker

Jayda is a skilled and committed RTO administrator who excels in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations. With her strong organisational abilities and keen eye for detail, Jayda plays a pivotal role in ensuring we remain dynamic and structured. Her proactive demeanour and exceptional communication skills are key to her success, making her an indispensable member of the team proficient.
