With a collective +100 years’ experience in owning, growing & managing Registered Training Organisations – we fundamentally understand what it takes to build, manage & continually improve on eLearning initiatives.
Our eLearning focus means our Remote Connected and Learn As You Go delivery modes to train anywhere and anytime to you and your team.

Bradlee Commins
Executive Director - Future Skills
Brad Commins is a leader in workforce development, strategic partnerships and digital learning innovation. As Executive Director of Blocktrain, he is helping shape the next generation of online education by combining technology, artificial intelligence and practical workforce solutions that make learning more engaging, accessible and relevant. Working closely with government, industry and employers, Brad focuses on developing digital learning pathways that prepare people for the future of work. His passion is creating flexible, learner-centred experiences that improve engagement, increase completion rates and connect learners with real employment opportunities. Brad believes technology should make learning simpler, more inclusive and available to everyone, regardless of where they live or work.
David Kopycinski
Chief Implementation Officer
David Kopycinski is a seasoned education leader who builds scalable, learner-centred digital training. He’s led national VET teams, launched consumer-driven online delivery (including LMS overhauls) and streamlined operations for growth, compliance and quality. At ARC, Gateway and Ascend he modernised systems, boosted retention and profitability, and delivered audit-ready, data-driven learning at scale, experience he now brings to Blocktrain’s product and delivery.
Kim Planes
National Ops Manager
Brilliant team member responsible for keeping the systems blood flowing and an expert in LMS/SMS and eLearning. Kim works between our ecosystem and drives interoperability to deliver seamless programs for our students across Australia.
Georgia Walker
Marketing
Georgia is our marketing and media star, who has worked with us for 8 years. With a knack for strategic branding and innovative campaign execution as well as product and or market development, she’s a driving force behind our group’s success. Her expertise in navigating the ever-evolving landscape of digital and traditional media ensures we as a small yet dynamic group, are always punching above our size.
Martin Dufton
CFO
Martin is the cornerstone of our financial foundation, serving as CFO with unparalleled dedication for the past +20 years with Yalagan team. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset, Martin has been instrumental in steering us through periods of growth and challenges alike. His expertise in financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment has fortified our fiscal health but more importantly, Martin is part of our family for last 15 years.
Sean Wilson

Sean is a dynamic professional with a proven track record of success in education. With 20 years of experience in owning and developing national businesses, including leading two prominent RTO’s, Sean has consistently demonstrated his ability to craft innovative strategies that drive results. His strategic vision and creative approach have been instrumental in "can do" attitude and our willingness to evolve and grow as an organisation.

Jayda is a skilled and committed RTO administrator who excels in maintaining seamless day-to-day operations. With her strong organisational abilities and keen eye for detail, Jayda plays a pivotal role in ensuring we remain dynamic and structured.
